About xFigura

xFigura is a collaborative AI platform built for architects and designers, supporting the entire creative journey from early concept ideation to seamless 3D workflows. We are seeking a full-time Content and Marketing Associate to own our newsletter, blog, and documentation end to end, while supporting the broader marketing team across content, visual production, and events.

About the Role

Join xFigura as our first dedicated content hire, working directly with the Head of Marketing to build the written and visual layer of a platform used by leading architecture firms and universities.

This role focuses on foundational content work: owning the newsletter from brief to send, producing articles that drive discoverability, and maintaining documentation that represents the platform clearly. We already have production usage and enterprise adoption. The next phase is building a content engine that scales awareness and trust.

You will own content end to end from concept through publication, translating complex AI and design workflows into writing that resonates with architects and designers, while contributing to broader marketing production across social, events, and paid media.

Key Focus Areas

  • Weekly newsletter ownership across planning, writing, and distribution

  • Articles and long-form content supporting SEO, AEO, and GEO visibility

  • Documentation structure and written content

  • Visual and graphic production for marketing across all channels

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, proof, and distribute the weekly newsletter for an architect and designer audience

  • Write and publish articles that support discoverability as our visibility strategy evolves

  • Build and maintain documentation pages including structure, clarity, and written content

  • Produce visual assets for decks, paid ads, events, and partner collateral

  • Support social media content and graphics across all channels

  • Support events planning and logistics including material design and prep

  • Research social campaigns, ad formats, and competitor activity to inform content direction

  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing to translate platform updates into content

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail

  • Working understanding of SEO fundamentals including keywords, on-page structure, and internal linking

  • Strong Figma proficiency

  • Flexible across copywriting, graphic production, and logistics planning — this is not a single-lane role

  • Proven ability to own projects independently and deliver finished work from a brief

  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once

  • A genuine interest in architecture, design, or AEC topics

Preferred Qualifications

  • A proactive approach to generating ideas for newsletter topics, formats, and broader marketing initiatives

  • Published writing experience, ideally with architecture or design publications such as ArchDaily

  • Experience with email marketing and CMS tools such as Brevo, Webflow, or similar

  • Simple image and video editing including clips, reels, carousels, and short form content

  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate content production

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity

  • Health, dental, vision

  • Flexible PTO

  • High ownership and autonomy

What You'll Gain

  • Ownership of the content and discoverability function from the ground up

  • Direct collaboration with the founding team

  • Influence over voice, format, and content strategy

  • Immediate impact across a global community of architects and designers
