Founding Product Manager

About the Role

xFigura is on a mission to make a real-world impact in the AEC field: building the tools that will reshape how the world gets built. We're an AI-native design platform used by leading architecture firms and universities, in production with enterprise customers today.

As our founding Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap end to end: translating the workflows and pain points of the world's best architecture firms into AI-powered experiences that ship. You'll work daily with our founding engineers and research team to define, prioritize, and deliver, and your decisions will show up in the hands of working architects within weeks, not quarters.

What You Will Work On

Roadmap ownership: Set and defend prioritization for the core AI platform, balancing enterprise customer commitments, new capability, and platform health.

Customer discovery: Sit with architects and design technologists, turn what they actually do into clear, buildable requirements, and validate that what ships drives real outcomes.

AI-native product craft: Balance frontier AI capability with usability for professionals who are designers first, not technologists, and help define what good product process looks like as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization for the core platform

• Turn firm workflows and pain points into requirements engineering can build

• Partner daily with founding engineers and R&D to ship high-quality product

• Run customer discovery, define success metrics, and validate that what ships drives real outcomes

• Establish lightweight, durable product process as we scale

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally B2B SaaS

• A track record of shipping technical products end to end, working closely with engineering

• Strong customer discovery instincts and disciplined prioritization

• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfort operating with ambiguity and minimal process in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI or ML products

• Background in AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction), design tools, or other vertical SaaS

• Technical degree or hands-on technical fluency
