xFigura is fully web-based, so there is nothing to install — all you need is a modern browser. For the best performance on the real-time collaborative canvas and 3D viewer, we recommend the latest version of Google Chrome.

The generated 3D models can be used beyond visualization. We can take the 3D model and extract images and videos from it for further modeling and development workflows.

Yes, on any paid plan. Ownership means the output generated from your input belongs to you, so you can use it in client projects, presentations, and published work with no commercial-use restriction from us and no license fee. The only commercial-use restriction in our Terms of Service is on the Free plan, which is limited to non-commercial use. As with any generative AI tool, you are responsible for reviewing output before using it commercially, since similar output may be generated for other users.

No. You never need to credit xFigura when publishing work made with the platform; your generations are yours.

Viewing a shared public board does not require a paid subscription. Professional and above include unlimited public-board visitors. To generate content or edit on a canvas, each collaborator needs their own xFigura account (a free account is enough to get started), and generations always consume the collaborator's own credits; you cannot spend another user's or the firm's credits from a personal account.

Share the board link. Canvases are shareable, and on Professional and above your boards support unlimited public-board visitors, so clients can view the work without a subscription; they just need a free xFigura login. For live design reviews, you can also invite them into the canvas to follow along in real time.

Yes. Our Enterprise plan is designed for studios and larger teams, offering higher usage limits, dedicated support, and advanced security options. Our Teams plan provides a shared credit pool for up to 30 users, while Enterprise offers greater flexibility and customization for larger organizations.

No. Each person should have their own login. Accounts and access rights are individual and non-transferable. If several people at your firm use xFigura, the Team plan (shared credit pool, up to 30 users, admin controls) or an Enterprise plan (unlimited users on annual agreements) is the right setup, and it gives you a team dashboard to manage everyone's access.

It depends on the model and output settings. Each model has its own credit rate, and the exact cost of a generation is shown directly on the canvas before you spend anything, along with your remaining credit balance. Costs also scale with settings: higher-resolution images and longer or higher-quality videos consume more credits than the base configuration.

Self-serve plans are paid by credit or debit card through our payment provider, Stripe. Team and Enterprise plans are annual plans under a signed agreement, invoiced per the Order Form. We accept ACH and bank transfer for invoiced plans, with payment terms specified in the Order Form (monthly invoicing due on receipt is standard).

It depends on your plan. On self-serve plans (Free, Starter, and Professional), unused credits do not roll over; your credit allowance resets each billing cycle. On Team and Enterprise agreements, unused credits roll over to subsequent months within your contract term, and they expire when the agreement ends.

You have two options: upgrade to a plan with a larger monthly allowance, or purchase additional credits. On Team and Enterprise plans, on-demand top-up credits beyond your monthly allotment are available at the overage rate specified in your Order Form.

Yes, you can change your self-serve plan at any time from your account settings, and upgrades take effect right away. On annual Enterprise agreements, your per-credit rate is locked for the 12-month term, and plan changes are handled with your account contact.

It depends on your plan type. Free, Starter, and Professional: you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan simply won't renew at the next billing date, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. Team and Enterprise: these are annual plans under a signed agreement, so the subscription runs through the end of the contract term in your Order Form; renewals, changes, and end-of-term questions are handled with your xFigura contact.
